Shipping and Returns
As a general rule of thumb standard shipping will take 8-10 business days from date of lodgment and express orders will take 4 business days. Please be aware that these are guidelines given by the postal service and may vary in some locations.
Once you have the tracking number you are able to go to https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track and track your shipment. If you live in the USA you can track your order at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_inputAlternatively the postal system in most other countries link to tracking with Australian post.
It is often a good idea to check with your local post to establish where you parcel is exactly.
There are instances where the tracking has not been updated by one or other of the postal services used and as a result your parcel may seem to have disappeared. Please don't be concerned, as I said it is simply that the tracking has not been updated.
In the unlikely event you are not happy with the Erase product you ordered we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee.
As postal times can vary the 30 days start from the day you receive your order.
We will refund the cost of your order less the postal content. For example if your purchase was $99 plus $10 postage we refund the $99, not the $10.

Use the cheapest form of post, ie: surface mail, but most importantly email a copy of the postal receipt from the post office to email@example.com
We will use this notification to commence processing your refund.
The cost of the return postage is to be paid by you.
