1. What are the instructions for using Erase Instant Face-lift Serum?
Erase 3 Minute Instant Facelift Serum is an effective wrinkle remover, formulated to penetrate deeply into the clean skin. It is imperative you ensure your skin is clean and free of oil, makeup, sunscreen and impurities which will allow Erase 3 Minute Instant Facelift serum to penetrate into your skin. If the skin still contains oils or makeup residue, the product may not perform as effectively as it should. A tip from our regulars is to wash your face and leave the skin damp. do not dry it completely, then apply the facelift serum where needed, smooth using a damp sponge or fingertip.
2. What is the difference between 3 Minute Instant Face-lift Serum Classic and Toned, and which is better suited to my skin type?
If you have olive or darker toned skin we recommend you to try the toned version. If your skin is lighter in color we suggest the classic. Toned Facelift has the same effect as the Classic but contains oxide to blend with darker skin tones. There is a slight difference in the time it takes for the effects to register but it is only under a minute.
3. Should Erase Instant Facelift Serum be applied over makeup or sunscreen?
Erase 3 Minute Instant Facelift Serum is designed to work with clean, damp skin. After it has dried and the desired results are achieved, we recommend a mineral based makeup be applied. However, you can apply sunscreen to your skin at least 30 minutes before application of the face serum.
4. How soon after application will Erase 3 Minute Instant Facelift Serum work?
You will begin to feel the effects of your skin tightening almost immediately.
5. My skin feels tight when I apply 3-minute Instant Facelift Serum. Is that normal?
Yes, it is entirely normal. The sensation may feel strange but it is your skin returned to a previous position. If it didn’t feel tight it would not be doing its job of lifting your skin and reducing wrinkles.
6. Is the “lift” that Erase 3 Minute Instant Facelift Serum provides permanent?
The Facelift Serum provides a 6 – 8-hour lift the skin has a degree of memory, plus the facelift serum nourishes and moisturizes while it “lifts”.
7. Do the effects wear off gradually?
Yes, and you can feel free to re-apply whenever you feel you need a boost. Repeated use will not harm your skin. In fact, it will help retain its ageless youthful appearance.
8. How does Erase 3 Minute Instant Facelift Serum compare with Botox?
Erase’s instant face-lifting serum is a more cost-effective anti-aging strategy than the use of Botox injections. Not only does our anti-aging serum freeze the brows, it tightens and lifts the brows. No painful needles, no touch-ups, no guessing, and you control the results. We’ve had test subjects who’ve experienced 1/2 inch (15 mm) lift of their brows, a far better result than a brow lift because users control the results and save $4-$5,000.00 and all the downtime. However to be fair Botox will last up to 6 months before it starts to break down, so in that sense, it is a more permanent result. However on the flip side if Botox is applied incorrectly you are stuck with the results for that period too.
9. How long does one bottle of Erase 3 Minute Instant Facelift Serum last?
If you use it over your entire face every day, you can expect the bottle to last 3 to 4 weeks. However, if you use it only on problem areas or save it for special occasions, it will last a very long time. Shelf life is approximately three years. If you have left it unused for a long time give it a good shake to distribute the ingredients. The serum can solidify in very cold conditions or deconstruct in very hot conditions. If this happens just gently bring it to normal temperature around 20 – 25c (68 – 77f), give the bottle a very thorough shaking as the ingredients may have separated.
10. How soon will you ship my order?
We ship most orders the same day. However, if you order on a weekend or a public holiday we will ship on the next available business day. You will be advised by email when your order is shipped. Check shipping times for your city and country. As a general rule standard trackable post is 8-10 business days, express 4 business days. We ship all around the world. We have now added DHL Express Shipping.
11. Do you provide a tracking code on each order?
Yes. All shipments are trackable. In fact, we have a program called Aftership which provides you with email updates each time your shipment is updated by the post. So you will know at all times where you order is. You can also check you tracking number at www.17track.net
(Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the updates to your email.) However, while we expedite your order as quickly as possible there are times when your order may be delayed by customs or your countries internal postal system. Unfortunately, there is little we can do about other countries postal services. To minimise any issues please ensure the delivery address you give us is accurate.
12. In which countries is Erase Cosmetics sold?
We have licensed Distributors in over 20 countries and we sell on the internet to the rest. Visit our distributors page for the list of available distributors.
13. Is Erase Cosmetics sold in stores?
We do not sell our products in stores but some of our distributors sell to major cosmetic stores such as Sa Sa in Asia.
14. Where are Erase Cosmetics Products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in the USA. Some we have developed further in our own labs such as the Skin Perfector and the BB Cream but all have the US made 3 Minute Instant Facelift Serum as a base.
15. How long has Erase Cosmetics been in business?

16. Is my transaction secure?
Yes, PayPal has one of the highest security systems in the world. That is why we use them.
17. Do you hold my card information on file?
No. we are not a party to your card information. That is held by PayPal.

19. If I am not satisfied with the product can I return it?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee of your purchase. Due to the variance in postal services and delivery times the 30 day period commences from the time you receive the product, not from the date of order. The guarantee is for the purchase price but does not cover shipping. Therefore if your order is $99 plus shipping of $10 we will refund you $99 on the return of the product to us. The cost of shipping of your return is your responsibility; we do not cover your cost. Our recommendation is to send a return by the cheapest method of post. We do not send you postal coupons or vouchers for returns. We already subsidize the postage by 60% when we ship to you.

20. How do I go about returning an order?
You simply post your order back to the address above. When you go to the post office take a picture of your receipt and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org so we are aware your order is being returned. Also please be sure to include your details with the return.
21. How is my order refunded?
We use PayPal to process our orders and when we refund you we issue the refund through PayPal. PayPal will refund directly to your Credit or Debit card or alternatively directly to your PayPal account if you paid by that method.
22. How long does it take to refund my order?
Refunds are usually issued within 10 days or your return being received by our office.
