These are some details of our shipping and returns policy.
We are located on the East Coast of Australia so there could be a time difference between us. Please make allowances when trying to contact us as it may well be the middle of our night.
If you leave a message with your number, we will call you back during our office hours. Generally if you are in the United States for example that will be from mid afternoon.
When possible we will ship your order within 24 hours from Monday to Friday and email you the tracking number. We will also send you regular progress updates.
Orders sent by standard shipping arrive within 8-10 business days from lodgement, Express orders take 3-4 business days. These are guidelines only provided by the postal and courier services and may vary depending on your location..

Most postal networks link with Australian Post, so by quoting your tracking number you can trace your shipment through your local Post Office.
There are times tracking is not updated by a postal service and your parcel may appear lost. Don’t be concerned, it will show up. Some countries may hold an order in customs and if if so and it is really late please contact us and we will track it through our shipper.
Shipping and returns:
If you dislike the product, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee commencing the day you receive your order. The cost of your order will be refunded less the cost of the postal content.

As we do not cover the postal cost for returns we recommend you use the cheapest postal service.
